  Was clean, plenty of parking, next to Target and Toys R Us as well as other stores. Just went today to find a seating furniture for my daughter's room. Didn't see any employees in the home department. Lolita "Sol" was just passing by, but was on her lunch break. She was nice enough to search for someone else to help me. Lorenzo was super nice too. I couldn't find the price of the furniture. He flipped the item over to find the amount. He also offered to bring the large item to the front of the store to hold it for me and told he would help me carry the item to my car. I really appreciated his offer and professionalism. Both Lolita and Lorenzo are prime example of employees providing exceptional customer service. They went beyond the norm of service. I hope the managers at Marshalls commend these two employees.

  The worst experience in America
  I bought a bag but it was locked
  They asked me 3 times to wait there but after 25 minutes still nobody came to unlock.
  
  In the end,they wasted my time and I still can't buy this bag.
  
  I am very unhappy for their irresponsible way to customers. Worst experience!
