  Always long lines even though there are always at least 4 people behind the counter. It must be a training facility because they don't seem to know what they are doing.

  LAME !! JUDGEMENTAL !! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I came in to use the atm and I really had to use the restroom so after I was done with my deposit , I asked an employee ( a tall Asian man ) if there were restrooms and he said there is some but it’s not public and somethings kind of wrong with them right now . Wouldn’t there be a sign then ? I figured he denied me access to the restroom because I didn’t have nice clothes like them , I wore sweats and a sweater because it was super cold! WHEN WILL THE JUDGEMENT END ?? I will never be returning to this specific bank anymore ! 0 stars if I could.
