  This has been my spot in San Mateo for 9 years. I've tried all the other fantastic options in downtown San Mateo, but I keep coming back here.
  
  Sake Lovers is a great deal and has some of the freshest salmon in the Bay. Big cuts of sashimi. They don't skimp out.
  
  Rolls are huge and very tasty. If you're looking to be full and only spend around 15 buck, go the roll route.
  
  Staff is very friendly. Even remember my name! Feels like a real neighborhood place.
