  I know that my San Mateo family loves Ah Sam's. I try to use them every time I can and order flowers from afar for holidays. Today, for a funeral, there was a mishap that was their fault. It was an accident but my flowers did not get to the funeral home in time. Ah Sams made it right and worked with me to get me the flowers that we needed. They could not have been more professional and reactive. Thank you!
