  These idiots only know what's in front of their eyes. They don't go the extra mile to help you. They also treat you the way you look -- if you go there alone they completely ignore you. I guess they think you can't afford their crap just by seeing a single, older woman come in to their store.

  After purchasing an expensive bedroom set from them, all 6 handles from all 3 large drawers of a dresser fell off. I called them several times to see how these could be repaired but 'the person I had to speak with' never returned my calls. So I went there to ask about this problem and was told by the salespeople that since I wasn't there to buy anything to f*** off, in a very rude manner by very snotty salespeople.
  
  Is this REALLY how Ethan Allen trains their staff to behave? I would fire anyone who treated a customer, especially a good customer, in the manner that they treated me. They've lost a customer for good. I guess this is the only way to boycott stores now is to speak with your wallet, particularly in this economy.
